The UHS Corporate Legal Department is hiring a Contract Administrator with the primary responsibility of preparation of Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Vendor Contracts and Leases. Key responsibilities include:

• Complete timely contract review, analysis, and drafting of vendor contracts, leases, education affiliation, IT, managed care, foster care and other professional agreements as requested
• Analyze all clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilities to ensure the best interest of UHS and its facilities
• Serve as the liaison between UHS facilities and the facility vendors in the negotiation of contracts and such other responsibilities as assigned
• Complete timely review, analysis, and drafting of Business Associate Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 1-3 years' of contract negotiation and preparation experience and a basic understanding of the legal implications of contract provisions
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Detail oriented with good organization skills
• Ability to work closely with upper management personnel
• Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of work with deadlines
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and have the ability to learn Sharepoint and other document management systems
