Impact-Driven Housing Development Analyst

Dominium is a leading affordable housing developer and manager. We are seeking a Development Analyst to manage the full life cycle of assets beyond post-completion benchmarks, including securing 8609s, finalizing tax credits delivery schedules, and ensuring receipt of all equity. The role involves financial feasibility studies, market analysis, and modeling to evaluate profitability.
