The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced Real Estate Paralegal who can take ownership of transactions, anticipate challenges, and keep deals moving toward the closing table.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and know how to navigate the occasional real estate roller coaster with grit and grace, you’ll fit right in!

What You’ll Do

• Independently manage an active caseload of 40+ real estate transactions from attorney review through closing, with attorney support.
• Conduct due diligence, including OPRA requests, title review, municipal searches, and identifying potential issues.
• Manage inspection contingencies, review reports, draft correspondence, and assist with negotiating resolutions.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, realtors, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth closings.
• Prepare conveyance documents and other transaction-related correspondence.
• Proactively monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and troubleshoot issues before they become problems.
• Most importantly, make our clients feel like we’ve got this—because we do!

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of NJ real estate paralegal experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Portuguese is a plus.
• Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented—someone who takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Comfortable navigating high-pressure situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Tech-savvy; experience with legal case management software is a plus.
• Growth mindset, leadership mentality, and a can-do attitude. The sky’s the limit!
