Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ($75,000–$95,000/year)

Location: Roseland, NJ | Full-Time | In-Person

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

\n
• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience required, preferably in a law firm.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
\n
• Experience with commercial/industrial real estate transactions, title and survey review, due diligence, entity formation, and closings .
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Kofax .
\n
• Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities independently.
\n
• Willingness to work occasional overtime, including evenings/weekends, when needed.
\n
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain one preferred.
\n

Roles & Responsibilities

\n
• Manage commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing.
\n
• Prepare and maintain deal files, transaction checklists, closing documents, signature packages, and closing binders .
\n
• Coordinate due diligence, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related documents .
\n
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and other third parties to keep transactions on schedule.
\n
• Prepare closing statements, assist with escrow-style closings, complete post-closing deliverables, and maintain accurate transaction records.
