Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Roseland, NJ | Full-Time | In-Person Commercial Property Paralegal Mandatory Requirements to Apply 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience required, preferably in a law firm. Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Experience with commercial/industrial real estate transactions, title and survey review, due diligence, entity formation, and closings . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Kofax . Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities independently. Willingness to work occasional overtime, including evenings/weekends, when needed. Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain one preferred. Manage commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing. Prepare and maintain deal files, transaction checklists, closing documents, signature packages, and closing binders . Coordinate due diligence, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related documents . Communicate with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and other third parties to keep transactions on schedule. Prepare closing statements, assist with escrow-style closings, complete post-closing deliverables, and maintain accurate transaction records.
