Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW) is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with at least seven years of experience to join our expanding Transactional Commercial Real Estate practice.

Our attorneys represent developers, lenders, investors, property owners, and businesses in sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing matters, and redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey and beyond. We are looking for an experienced professional who is eager to become a key member of a collaborative, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions

• Supporting loan, financing, and refinancing transactions

• Reviewing and coordinating due diligence materials

• Analyzing title commitments, surveys, and related documents

• Preparing closing checklists, closing documents, and post-closing deliverables

• Coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel

• Assisting with commercial leasing matters and entity formations

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

• A minimum of 7 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• The ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
