Site Manager – Operations | Hospitality | Management Location: Alpharetta, GA Pay: starting salary at $50,000 + bonus (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time | Weekend availability required. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of their high-volume locations. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential. What You Get To Do Lead the daily operations of a busy customer-facing location. Hire, train, coach, and develop team members. Create employee schedules and manage labor costs. Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience. Monitor safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Support basic facility and equipment maintenance as needed. Motivate the team to achieve quality, service, and sales goals. What You Need to Succeed Previous leadership experience managing hourly employees. Strong customer service and communication skills.
