Work Environment\n

This position operates remotely, offering flexibility while still maintaining a profound connection with the patients we serve. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals committed to improving the mental health of our elderly population. Although the majority of the role can be performed from home, there may be occasional in-person meetings or community initiatives as needed. Your work hours will generally be Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with possible evening or weekend shifts to accommodate client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of our clinic.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, enhancing our service offerings and outreach capabilities.

• Maintain open and effective lines of communication within the clinical team and with external partners to ensure seamless patient care.
