We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our centralized billing team in Brookhaven, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates ready to begin their professional career in a fast-paced legal environment. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience with the financial operations that power a national law firm. You’ll work closely with our Billing Manager and collaborate across departments, including Accounting, Operations, HR, and Payroll, giving you exposure to multiple areas of firm management and professional services. Your work will play an important role in supporting firmwide operations, including: Preparing and reviewing client invoices Managing e-billing submissions Assisting with accounts receivable processing Supporting billing analytics and reporting At MHS, you’ll join a collaborative team where recent graduates can build valuable business, legal operations, and financial skills while learning how a national law firm operates behind the scenes.
