Partnership & Account Manager

Position Overview Kiteville is seeking independent contractors to identify, onboard, and support independent motels and small hotels joining the Kiteville platform. This role combines sales, owner relations, and ongoing account management, with responsibility for both onboarding new properties and supporting their performance after joining the platform. This is a performance-based independent contractor role with residual, revenue-based compensation tied to active properties. Key Responsibilities Identify independent motels, small hotels, and hospitality properties suitable for the Kiteville platform Contact owners, operators, and decision-makers Present Kiteville management and platform services Build trust and maintain professional relationships with ownership 2. Onboarding & Closing Guide property owners through the onboarding process Coordinate with Kiteville team during evaluation and approval Assist with agreements, onboarding steps, and transition process Ensure smooth communication between owner and Kiteville 3. Account Management & Performance Support Maintain ongoing relationship with onboarded properties Monitor property performance and communicate with Kiteville operations team Support owners with questions, updates, and coordination Help ensure properties follow platform standards and guidelines Continuously look for new properties to onboard Maintain long‑term relationships with owners Support expansion within assigned territory / region Requirements Strong sales and communication skills Ability to work independently Comfortable speaking with business owners and operators Organized and performance‑driven Management, hospitality, real estate, or operations experience preferred Ability to handle both closing and ongoing account support Compensation Structure Revenue‑based residual earnings from onboarded properties Ongoing income as long as the property remains active on the platform Additional incentives may apply based on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
