The Mosaic Company, a leading global producer of concentrated phosphate and potash, seeks an HR Business Partner to collaborate with HR partners, employees and leaders in the Lithia, Florida region. You will provide consultative services across talent management, compensation, benefits, coaching and employee relations. You will partner with managers to deliver talent strategies, support staffing, and drive continuous improvement while navigating regulatory requirements and a union environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
