Laborer

Location: Minden, NE
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable and hardworking Laborer to support irrigation system installation and general field work. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working with a team that specializes in pivot irrigation systems. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Field Work

• Assist with installation and maintenance of pivot irrigation systems
• Support daily job site operations and project tasks
• Perform general labor duties as needed

Equipment & Tools

• Safely use hand tools and basic equipment
• Perform welding tasks as required
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites

Safety & General Labor

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending and walking

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Welding experience required; electrical experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or related experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
