Compensation

• $100,000 - $135,000 base salary
• Annual raises
• Bonus structure

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and review S-Corp, partnership, individual, and small business tax returns
• Work directly with clients and manage a book of tax work independently
• Support nonprofit tax work, including exposure to Form 990s
• Provide technical tax guidance across a broad client base
• Use advanced Excel and tax technology to support accurate delivery
• Build long-term client relationships in a trusted advisory role

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Public accounting tax background
• Broad tax return experience, not a narrow specialty
• CPA license or strong path back into public accounting
• Comfort managing client work independently
• Form 990 or nonprofit tax exposure preferred
• Access for Tax or BlueJ familiarity preferred
