About the Role:
Join LA CONCHA BAKERY as a Customer Service Representative, where you will be the friendly face of our beloved bakery in Chula Vista, CA. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating delightful experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and inviting bakery environment.
• Promote bakery products and provide recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Stay updated on product offerings and bakery promotions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Passion for baked goods and customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual Spanish and English
