Unit Manager

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations on your designated unit, ensuring seamless coordination of care and services
• Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct regular rounding on patients, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
