Requirements: To be seriously considered for this role, you’ll need to have: Education : Graduate from an accredited program in ultrasonic technology/sonography Experience Minimum requirements of two years as a sonographer. Knowledge of current theories and practices in sonography an their application to patient care. Licenses/Certification : Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). Maintenance of CPR/BLS. Responsibilities: We are committed to improving the health of our community by delivery exceptional care and services. As part of the Diagnostic Imaging Team you will: Establish continuous quality improvement standards in the department. Perform thorough patient evaluation using RDMS and ACR standards appropriate Communicate with patients, families and physicians and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Assist in the orientation and training of new clinical staff to familiarize them with administration of modalities and equipment. Compensation: $37.25 - $55.88/hr, depending on experience.
