HR Manager

A manufacturing company in the Lehigh Valley is searching for an Human Resources Manager-Manufacturing. This direct-hire position is 5 days onsite and starts immediately.



Responsibilities

• Full-cycle payroll ownership
• Advanced HRIS administration
• Manufacturing HR operations
• Complex employee relations
• Supervisor coaching
• Independent decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong employee relations experience required.
• Experience managing full-cycle payroll, benefit, and HRIS systems.
• Working knowledge of wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, workers' compensation, and other employment regulations.
• Prior experience in manufacturing

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
