Clicki is building the future referral system for small businesses.
We help home service companies turn their happiest customers into their best growth channel by making referrals, rewards, reviews, and customer engagement simple, automated, and measurable. Our products are used by hundreds of service businesses across industries like pest control, lawn care, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and more.
We are a fast-growing startup based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and we are looking for people who want to grow with us. This is not a slow corporate sales role. This is for someone who wants to learn fast, move fast, talk to business owners every day, and help build something that is already working.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Clicki, you will be on the front lines of our growth engine.
Your job is to start conversations with small business owners, operators, and leaders who need more referrals, more reviews, and better ways to grow without relying only on ads.
You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, following up with inbound interest, qualifying opportunities, and booking demos for our sales team. You will learn how to sell into real businesses, understand pain points, build pipeline, and create opportunities that turn into revenue.
This is a high-energy role for someone who is competitive, coachable, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
What You’ll Do
Prospect new business through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other outbound channels.
Identify service businesses that would be a strong fit for Clicki and Bravo.
Start meaningful conversations with owners, managers, and operators about referrals, reviews, customer growth, and employee incentives.
Qualify leads and book high-quality demos for the sales team.
Follow up quickly with inbound leads and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Use our CRM to track activity, conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline accurately.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to test new messaging, campaigns, industries, and offers.
Learn the Clicki sales process, product, customer stories, objections, and market.
Bring energy, urgency, and consistency every single day.

Previous sales, customer service, retail, door-to-door, call center, or business development experience is a plus, but not required. We care more about work ethic, attitude, communication, and willingness to learn.
