As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive our expansion efforts- and we want to bring you with us! Position Overview: This is a 100% commission-only position designed for a self-starter with a strong background in business development, recruiting, and account management within the staffing industry. If you have a passion for building relationships and a proven track record of generating business, we want you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing and recruiting sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment with client requirements. Create and implement effective business development strategies to meet sales targets. Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote our services and expand our client base. Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in business development, recruiting, or account management specifically within the staffing/recruiting industry. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
