And more! As a Business Development Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals. The position includes a salary base with monthly commissions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gaining the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Building, maintaining, and strengthening professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls
• Increasing brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
• Utilizing marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
• Providing management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory
• Increasing sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

Position requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred

Skills/physical demands/competencies include:

• Participation in marketing and entertainment events, including professional associations
• Working knowledge of current business softwares
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
