Driver Recruiter — No Experience Required Ready to start a career in recruiting? No prior recruiting or transportation experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and opportunities to grow. We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented professional who enjoys talking with others, building relationships, and working toward clear goals. Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment is helpful but not required. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $40,000 base salary + $250 per hire in recruiting incentives, with an unlimited earning potential. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Additional voluntary benefits Comprehensive training Career growth opportunities What You’ll Do Connect with prospective professional drivers and CDL students by phone Respond to inquiries and conduct initial applicant screenings Build relationships and keep candidates engaged throughout the process Guide candidates through application, screening, and onboarding Maintain accurate candidate records Coordinate required appointments and arrival details Partner with internal teams to move candidates through the hiring process Work toward weekly and quarterly recruiting goals What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Confidence and professionalism on the phone A positive, motivated, and goal-oriented approach Organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities Comfort learning new systems and processes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
