Salary plus commissions (6 figure opportunity) and benefits

Hours:   Monday – Friday - 7:30-5:30 or 8am-6pm

Location:  Springdale, AR (100% in office)

Our client is seeking a  Recruiter for their Springdale, AR headquarters.  They are seeking an aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:

·         Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers and Dock Workers within your given region.

·         Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.

·         Sourcing, screening and conducting interviews.

·         Maintaining an outbound calls to potential candidates

·         Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company’s HRIS and ATS.

·         Daily administrative functions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

·         High aptitude for technology, strong skill sets with Microsoft applications

·         Strong detail orientation and self-motivation

·         Must possess effective communication and organizational skills

·         Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
