This position is responsible for operating extrusion equipment, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet company specifications.

Extrusion Operator - 1st Shift Location: Mentor, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery.
- Load raw materials into the production line.
- Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Measure products using basic measuring tools as needed.
- Package and label finished materials.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Extrusion experience is a plus but not required; training is available for mechanically inclined candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
