Warehouse Specialist (Warehouse Worker)

Overview This Warehouse Specialist Jr. position supports the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC. Responsibilities Full spectrum of warehousing functional duties and responsibilities, including: Receiving, inspecting, storing, preparing, shipping, and disposing of supplies related to Ground Supply operations similar to MOS 3051. Using AIS such as GCSS-MC and operating material handling equipment. Obtaining an operator license for non‑tactical and tactical Government‑owned equipment. Assisting with daily warehouse operations, using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE. Maintaining safety and security procedures, including working night and weekend shifts as required by the client. Supporting teamwork, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with contractors, military, and government personnel. Ensuring grooming and dress standards (business casual, dependent on client’s standards). Qualifications High School or GED equivalent and at least four (4) years of relevant, progressive experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Active Secret Security Clearance. Valid operator license for Government‑owned equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods standing or sitting. Physical stamina for bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling as required. Compensation Details $17.05 hourly Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
