Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
• Experience in educational settings (early childhood, elementary, or pediatrics preferred)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable adapting to varied caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy
• Monitor progress and document outcomes
• Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to integrate therapy into the classroom
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
