Senior Director, Partnership Development

Allied Sports is hiring a Senior Director of Partnership Developmentto join our fast-growing team in securing commercial revenue for Allied Sports’ newest property client – the UFL. The United Football League (UFL) is the premier professional spring football league, powered by the visionary leadership and investment of Mike Repole and Impact Capital, RedBird Capital Partners, FOX, Dany Garcia, Dwayne Johnson, and ESPN. The Senior Director of Partnership Development will be a key member of the Allied Sports Partnership Development team with a proven track record for sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing large-scale, integrated marketing partnerships on behalf of the UFL. Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business corporate partnerships for the UFL Proactively and independently identify and cultivate new corporate partnership opportunities at the regional, national, and global levels Play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and lead strategic approach of customized ROI-driven proposals and presentations tailored to UFL partner goals and initiatives Lead all elements of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, ideating, pitching, and negotiating to close Collaborate with internal Partnership Solutions leads to develop partnership platforms and applicable asset compilations Build strong relationships across UFL key stakeholders Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects for UFL and consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets Deliver regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for Allied Sports internal leadership and UFL property client Qualifications: 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in driving high-value, multi-year partnerships with leading brands and properties Established connections with senior leaders at top companies across a wide range of industries and geographies Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to work cross-functionally across the agency Deep understanding of the Sports & Entertainment landscape with sports property / league or agency experience preferred Ability to problem-solve independently and in a group, team environment Strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously Excellent time management, relationship, written, and oral communication skills Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed (which could include weekends) Considerations: Base salary:$150-160k Hybrid schedule for NYC + LA office: 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) Open to a fully remote schedule for potential candidates outside NYC/LA area who have substantial experience and skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Allied Sports
