Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools.
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, new projects, and capital expenditures.
• Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management.
• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
• Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong experience in multi-entity finance and a comprehensive understanding of market trends and business practices.
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
• Ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
