Court Services Representative – City of Springfield Municipal Court The City of Springfield’s Municipal Court seeks a qualified applicant for the position of Court Services Representative . The role performs various office support duties and responsibilities, including fine collection, data entry, and processing bonds, warrants, and tickets, while operating within established laws, policies, and guidelines of the court. Responsibilities Perform fine collection, data entry, bond, warrant, and ticket processing; maintain accurate records; and support court operations in accordance with legal and procedural requirements. Qualifications At least one year of experience in general office work that includes interacting with the public both in-person and via telephone. At least one year of experience in a high-volume cash handling environment such as a bank teller (or equivalent). Computer experience is required. Experience handling money and making basic financial calculations (preferred). Ability to obtain and maintain MULES certification (may be required). Valid driver’s license and, in some cases, ability to provide own vehicle for on‑job transportation. Proof of United States citizenship/authorization to work in the United States, as established by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. Must pass a drug‑free workplace pre-employment test.
