Work Environment

This position is fully onsite and requires you to travel to patients' homes throughout Miami, enabling you to provide personalized therapy in the comfort of their own environment. The role allows flexibility in choosing hours, typically within a Monday-to-Friday schedule, which supports a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, needs, and rehabilitation goals in a home care context.
• Formulate and implement customized treatment plans, applying various techniques such as manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and mobility training to achieve patients' recovery objectives.
• Utilize objective measures to track patients' progress, document treatment sessions meticulously, and adjust therapy protocols based on outcomes and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, assistive devices, and self-management techniques to enhance independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals involved in patient care, sharing insights and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary while ensuring continuity of care.
• Stay informed of advancements in physical therapy through continual learning, participation in workshops, and contributing to professional discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, covering various diagnoses including post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, neurological disorders, and musculoskeletal issues. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating optimal patient outcomes through thoughtful evaluations, compassionate care, and targeted therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's specific health journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate (DPT) preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, maintaining compliance with all updated regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing effective interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in digital documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• A proactive attitude toward learning and adapting therapies to meet evolving patient needs.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we value enthusiasm and the desire to grow one's skills. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package designed to support your professional journey and personal well-being.
