Work Environment

This role is based onsite, primarily within patients' homes across the Miami area. As a physical therapist, you will work in a diverse range of home environments, requiring adaptability and a compassionate approach. We supply all essential equipment and tools to support mobile therapy, allowing our therapists to deliver the best care in comfortable, familiar settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical outcomes effectively, collaborating with staff therapists to address any outlier cases through case review meetings.
• Ensure streamlined clinical workflows to enhance patient engagement, from capturing referrals to scheduling sessions.
• Implement detailed therapy plans for each patient promptly, focusing on early intervention techniques and conducting same-day evaluations whenever possible.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work atmosphere by encouraging full participation among colleagues, promoting teamwork, high-quality treatments, and ensuring patient safety.
• Engage with the Director of Therapy Operations to identify and implement clinical improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery.
• Maintain and develop relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and strategic engagement opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages who are recovering from surgeries, managing chronic illnesses, or adjusting to new disabilities. You will play a critical role in their recovery process, utilizing evidence-based practices to design personalized treatment regimens. This tailored approach ensures that each patient receives the most effective care to enhance their mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida, verifying your qualifications and commitment to the profession.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in the field are also encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and USD 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
