Work Environment

The position involves working onsite in clients' homes, where you will deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to meet each individual's needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical functional levels and developing tailored treatment plans based on valid clinical assessments.
• Implement effective treatment interventions using evidence-based practices, supporting patient recovery in orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills by building rapport and trust with patients, ensuring a comfortable environment for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through integrated care strategies and coordinated treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment processes, self-care strategies, and recovery goals.
• Document progress accurately and meet minimum utilization metrics as outlined by the organization.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
