This role involves delivering high-quality onsite rehabilitation services at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs to promote functional recovery.
• Oversee and guide physical therapy assistants in executing treatment plans effectively while ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities by utilizing diagnostic assessments to determine the most effective course of action.
• Assess and modify patient environments to foster greater independence, recommending home adaptations when necessary.
• Administer an array of treatments including manual therapy, exercises, therapeutic modalities, and the fitting of assistive devices.
• Track progress diligently by observing, documenting, and communicating changes in patient conditions to physicians and case managers.
• Be an active participant in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and make collaborative decisions regarding patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, equipment use, and overall health management to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and supervise physical therapy assistants as needed, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
