Key Responsibilities

• You will conduct initial evaluations of patients, assessing their physical capabilities and needs to establish a baseline for treatment.
• Design individual treatment plans that incorporate modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and equipment usage aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated with current rehabilitation methodologies to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients.
• Document treatment plans, patient responses, and progress comprehensively to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Regularly reevaluate patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and techniques, ensuring they feel empowered and informed throughout their therapy journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes, contributing to interdisciplinary team meetings when necessary.

Qualifications

• A doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
