Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized rehabilitation services to patients, ensuring that each session addresses their unique recovery goals and individual needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure dedicated attention to each client, allowing for meaningful progress tracking and adaptations of treatment plans as necessary.
• Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to implement effective treatment strategies, using both traditional methods and innovative techniques.
• Utilize cost-effective and evidence-based treatment approaches to enhance patients' mobility, emphasizing non-surgical alternatives to minimize reliance on medications.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized care plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, fostering a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Adapt wellness and fitness programs to meet the specific needs of patients across diverse age groups and functional levels.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive attitude towards recovery.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, documenting progress and refining treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with organizational protocols, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is mandatory, with a clean record free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in multiple manual therapy techniques, showcasing a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to ensure precise and efficient documentation of patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist is preferred, with a focus on outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits

Empire Physical Therapist offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
