Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a detailed review of medical history and physical assessments, leading to personalized treatment recommendations.
• Engage patients and their families in treatment plans by clearly explaining evaluation results and collaboratively establishing achievable goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
• Work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care through effective communication and documentation of any changes in patient condition that may require a revision of their care plan.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care effectively, ensuring all documentation is accurate and prompt to reflect the patient's treatment journey, including baseline evaluations and ongoing progress updates.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining attendance at meetings and participating in community health initiatives.
• Actively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals while being compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
