Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient clinic in Miami, Florida, where we cater to a diverse clientele seeking recovery from musculoskeletal issues. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription, to maximize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patients' progress, ensuring continuous improvements in mobility and strength.
• Deliver high-quality evidence-based interventions while educating patients about their conditions and the importance of adhering to their treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, utilizing EMR software such as Web PT for accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in the clinic to ensure comprehensive care and referrals as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach and patient education initiatives to promote health and wellness.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
