Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and physician referrals.
• Implement and modify treatment protocols utilizing evidence-based practices to address conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Assist in enhancing patient education by providing thorough consultations and training for patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques applicable in daily life.
• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and contribute actively to the effectiveness of our healthcare team by collaborating with other professionals to maximize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment responses adhering to regulatory and organization standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the treatment of various patient demographics, ranging from children with developmental challenges to athletes recovering from injuries as well as adults needing rehabilitation for chronic or acute conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (APTA or CAPTE-approved).
• A valid Physical Therapy License in the State of Florida.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.

Compensation and Benefits
