Work Environment

Located in the vibrant city of Miami, our outpatient facility is designed to offer state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. Here, you will work onsite with a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment that fosters both personal connections and professional development. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to understand patients' functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's specific needs and monitor their progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely, ensuring a clear and comprehensive record that includes evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding physical therapy practices, ensuring consistent compliance and safe patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, including discussing progress and modifications needed for treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing education by attending relevant conferences, in-services, and meetings to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
• Facilitate effective discharge planning, ensuring patients receive the resources they need for continued recovery beyond our facility.

Our clinic primarily serves adults seeking rehabilitation for various conditions, including post-surgical recovery, injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and preventative care. As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will cater to diverse patient backgrounds, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and care designed to meet their unique health needs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with patients and their families.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in patient records.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, with a strong emphasis on outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
