Activities Event Staff Armstrong High School

Casual position, $20 - $100 per event depending on assignment flexible schedule (high school game nights)

Job Summary: Activities event staff are responsible for providing safe, high-quality customer service to all participants. Under the direction of the Activities Director, event staff are responsible for working a designated assignment to support athletic events. These assignments are scheduled on an as needed basis.

• Supervisors Chain Gang Wrestling Supervisors
• Wrestling Announcer V/JV Spotter Timer V/JV
• Boys and Girls Lacrosse
• Volleyball Site Manager
• Scorekeeper/Announcer Announcer (varsity only)
• Timekeeper (clock)
• Varsity Supervisors
• Timekeeper (clock) / level JV and B
• Ticket seller/taker Timekeeper (clock) / level 9th
• Supervisors Scorekeeper (book) Varsity
• Hockey, Cross Country, and Track Scorekeeper (book) / level JV and B
• Hockey Supervisors Scorekeeper (book) / level 9th
• Hockey Site Supervision Shot clock (clock runner) varsity only
• Cross Country Supervisors
• Track Workers
• AHS/CHS vary on meet size Supervisors

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work with people for various cultures
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Able to report to work in a timely manner
• Providing effective customer service and dealing tactfully and courteously with the public
• Effective verbal and written communication
