Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Implement crisis intervention techniques and perform risk assessments to develop effective safety plans for clients experiencing severe distress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Assist clients in accessing community resources and services, including housing options, financial support, and vocational assistance.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights, enhance therapeutic strategies, and ensure the best care practices are followed.

As an LCSW with Focal Mind Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• An active LCSW license in the state of Oregon is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating hands-on capability in providing therapeutic services.

• Proficiency in trauma-informed care applications and evidence-based therapeutic methods including CBT and solution-focused therapy.

• Ability to navigate case management and crisis intervention scenarios with ease and skill.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, essential for successful client interactions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
