Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely structured to allow for remote work, providing flexibility for our staff while ensuring that they remain deeply engaged with their clients. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing our LCSWs to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Regular team meetings via video conferencing will foster collaboration and cohesion among our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and addiction-related needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on findings.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate recovery and personal growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assisting clients in navigating emergencies and connecting them with appropriate local resources and services.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery, participate actively in treatment team meetings, and contribute insights that optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

The individuals and families you will support are often facing significant challenges, including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many of our clients are in the detoxification phase of recovery, requiring immediate and compassionate care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Oregon.
