Family Medicine physician job in Arizona : Come live and practice in this Arizona mountain town. This location is an outdoor lover's dream. It is surrounded by mountains, desert, pine forests and puts you close to skiing and the Grand Canyon.

  • 4-day work week with 32 hours per week for excellent work-life balance
  • Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm
  • Manageable patient panel of 16 - 18 patients per day
  • Outpatient-only position with no hospital duties
  • Serve a diverse patient population in a community health setting
  • Patient-Centered Medical Home model with interdisciplinary team support
  • Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
  • DEA license required; Arizona medical license required
