About the Role:
Join Tender Smiles 4 Kids Of Monmouth as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for our young patients and their families. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a pediatric dental environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families warmly as they arrive at the office.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirm upcoming visits.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dental office preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using dental software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Friendly demeanor with a passion for working with children.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be on time, dependable and reliable.

Hours:
Monday through Friday
Monday-8:20-5:30
Tuesday-8:20-5:30
Wednesday-8:20-5:30
Thursday-8:20-5:30
Friday-8:20-5:30 (July and August 8:20-3:00)
No Saturdays

$500.00 signing bonus after 6 months of employment
