Treasury Analyst

We have an opportunity for someone to join us as a Treasury Analyst with strong technical skills to oversee the Company's bank account management, systems, daily transactions and reporting. Job Responsibilities: Manage the company bank account opening, closing and amendment process Ensure tracking of global bank accounts Establish all necessary services for new or existing accounts Assist in managing the reporting and payment connectivity of all banks and accounts to the treasury management system Implement and maintain BAM (Bank Account Management) tool FBAR reporting Analyze and help reduce bank fees Accountable for daily payments made and processing various Company cash flow transactions including: Handling bank and account transactions, reconcile bank fees, using various online banking access systems, account verification letters, make ad hoc payments and verifying payment details Assist in the documentation of Treasury policies and procedures Collaborate internally with various departments, in service of efficient Treasury process and maintaining high internal and external service levels Communicate with senior management, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the impact of Treasury efficiencies on the business Liaise with External Audit for all Treasury related requests, and assist larger Treasury and Finance team with year-end audit tasks, as needed Assist larger Treasury and Finance team with reporting and ad-hoc projects Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Financial Management 3-5 years of experience in an operational Treasury role, emphasis on daily processes and payments processing Experience with bank account opening and familiarity with KYC rules and regulations Advanced Excel skills required Experience with Kyriba a plus Experience with Power BI or Alteryx a plus Excellent communication and client service skills Must be technically proficient and adept with Treasury, Financial and reporting systems knowledge and skills Our Offer We provide a fast-paced, stimulating and truly global environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
