In this role, you will align cross-functional teams, establish tracking frameworks, and optimize core business processes to accelerate growth. Strong core program management skills are essential, with prior experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, Sales Operations, and Digital Advertising/AdTech serving as strong distinct pluses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Initiatives & Program Management

• End-to-End Program Leadership: Own high-priority strategic initiatives from inception to delivery—defining program goals, key milestones, success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), resource allocation, and operational deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to drive execution and ensure strategic business alignment.
• Governance & Executive Reporting: Establish operational cadence, performance dashboards, and executive reporting to provide transparency into progress, track program health, and proactively resolve blockers and risks.

1. GTM, Sales, & Ads Operations

• Go-To-Market Execution: Support the structuring and execution of GTM plans for new product launches, commercial expansions, and strategic partnerships.
• Sales Pipeline & Funnel Optimization: Analyze sales funnels, pipeline conversion rates, and revenue operations to eliminate operational friction and increase sales team productivity.
• Advertising & Monetization Strategy: (Plus) Collaborate with digital ads, ad operations, or media sales teams to optimize advertising strategy, client onboarding workflows, campaign delivery performance, and overall revenue yield.

1. Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Process Engineering & Scalability: Identify operational bottlenecks in core business processes and design scalable workflows and frameworks.
• Business Analytics: Evaluate operational, financial, and market data to extract key business insights that drive strategic choices and operational trade-offs.
• Change Management: Guide teams through operational shifts and tool implementations to ensure smooth, sustainable adoption of new frameworks across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 4–7+ years in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, or a high-growth technology environment.
• Program Management: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs using structured program management methodologies.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and present recommendations to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses):

• Digital Advertising Experience: Prior experience in digital advertising, online media, AdTech, agency account management, monetization strategy, or ad sales operations.
• GTM & Commercial Expertise: Hands-on experience building, launching, or scaling Go-To-Market programs, commercial workflows, or sales enablement frameworks. xhyhwjd
