In this role, you will serve as the operational hub of our facility. Working alongside a dedicated production team, you will ensure that inventory, digital records, production schedules, and compliance tracking move forward without a hitch.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility & Workflow Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operational readiness of our small packaging space, ensuring the production team has the supplies, staging, and documentation needed to keep work moving smoothly.
• Tech & Digital Logging: Utilize inventory management tools, digital batch tracking systems, and spreadsheet software to maintain flawless real-time production records.
• Proactive Communication: Act as the primary communication bridge between the production floor, management, and suppliers;—flagging potential material shortages or scheduling bottlenecks before they impact output.
• Inventory & Materials Management: Track incoming raw materials, manage component staging, and execute accurate physical inventory counts.
• Quality & Compliance Tracking: Ensure all production documentation is completed with 100% accuracy and filed in compliance with facility standards.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• High Attention to Detail: You double-check your work, catch small discrepancies before they become issues, and take pride in precise record-keeping.
• Tech Savvy: You pick up new software quickly, are comfortable navigating digital inventory platforms, and have solid working skills in Microsoft Excel/Office.
• Proactive Communicator: You don't wait for things to go wrong to speak up; you keep team members updated, ask clarifying questions, and communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Process-Driven & Reliable: You prefer clear protocols, structure, and a consistent work environment where you can focus on mastering your specialized responsibilities long-term.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, inventory logistics, administrative operations, or a regulated lab/manufacturing environment is preferred.
