Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst

Reporting to a Pricing Strategy Manager, you will provide complex and comprehensive analysis supporting pricing strategies for our Grocery operating segment. You will focus on mainstream brands, using data-driven insights to guide list pricing, promotional strategy, and trade investments. You will partner across Revenue Growth Management and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions that drive volume, margin, and profitable growth.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesBe a central resource for pricing analysis, recommendations, and reporting across the Revenue Growth Management team and with cross-functional partnersPerform advanced pricing analysis using multiple data sources to develop actionable recommendations on list pricing, promotional strategy, and trade investmentsAnalyze market trends, product volume, margins, competitive pricing, commodity markets, and promotional tactics to identify opportunities and risksTranslate complex data into clear insights, strategies, and presentations for leadership decision-makingPartner with Sales, Finance, Brand, and Category teams to align pricing and trade strategies with broader business objectivesLead cross-functional efforts to implement new or enhanced pricing processes, tools, and methodologiesBuild and maintain reporting and measurement frameworks to monitor pricing execution and effectivenessManage projects that leverage multiple data sources to support key pricing and trade initiativesIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s degree required3+ years of business experience, including at least 1 year in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or similar industryExperience in Pricing, Category Management, Category Buying, Sales, Brand Finance, or a related fieldExperience performing complex analysis using multiple data sources to support pricing and trade decisionsAdvanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysisExperience building presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendationsStrong analytical thinking with the capability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable insightsExperience collaborating across multiple teams to influence decision-making and drive resultsNumber of Days in Office: 4#LI-Hybrid#LI-HL1#LI-MSLCompensation Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
