Admissions Representative | Higher Education

Seeking a motivated, results-driven Admissions Representative to join its growing Admissions team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys helping prospective students take the next step toward their educational and career goals. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students and guide them through the admissions and enrollment process. Conduct consistent phone, email, text, and follow-up outreach with prospective students. Build relationships, identify student needs, and provide information regarding programs and enrollment requirements. Maintain an active pipeline of prospective students and meet established enrollment goals. Accurately document candidate activity and maintain records within the admissions system. Deliver a professional, high-touch student experience from initial inquiry through enrollment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in college admissions, enrollment, student recruitment, inside sales, or a goal-driven customer-facing environment . Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills. Comfortable working toward measurable goals and performance expectations.
