Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in our organization, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions, enabling clients to connect with each other, share experiences, and foster a sense of community.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored and empathetic one-on-one counseling that encourages clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that prioritize their specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

• Progress Evaluation: Continually monitor and assess client progress and treatment outcomes through standardized assessment tools and client feedback, adjusting plans as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community partners, to ensure comprehensive care and the best possible outcomes for clients, as well as discussing complex cases regularly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our treatment programs, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), are designed to empower these individuals to overcome their obstacles and achieve lasting recovery. By working within a compassionate and accessible environment, you will help to inspire hope and resilience in each client.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

• A valid, active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, particularly with young adults or in an outpatient treatment setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.

• Proficiency in conducting individual and group therapy sessions in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
