Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Boulevard Psychiatry & Counseling LLC, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, promoting connections among clients by encouraging sharing and learning from each other's experiences.

• Provide individualized therapy through one-on-one sessions, employing empathy and active listening to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Collaborate with clients in developing tailored treatment plans that are goal-oriented and address their unique needs and preferences.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, employing various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate therapeutic outcomes and adjust plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, actively participating in case consultations and care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, navigating the transitional challenges of adulthood, including stress management, relationship issues, and mental health disorders. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their journeys toward recovery and personal growth, helping them to discover their potential and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
